GM Soundtrack is run by the creator of Runes & Ruin, a tabletop GM and symphonic metal fan. The goal is simple: when you need music for a scene tonight, you should find a useful answer fast.
How picks are chosen
- Every track, artist and tool listed has been checked to exist, with a link to an official or major streaming source.
- Most picks on every page are by human composers and established RPG audio creators (Tabletop Audio, Michael Ghelfi Studios, Syrinscape, film and game composers).
- We don't claim sales figures, awards or quotes we haven't verified.
AI disclosure
- Music: The site owner makes Runes & Ruin, a symphonic metal rock opera. Story, lyrics and creative direction are human-written; the music and art are made with AI tools like Suno. It shows up on some pages as one option, always labeled as AI-assisted and always next to human-made picks. Some tables prefer human-made music only. That's a fair choice, and every guide works fine without it.
